【Attention】International students need to inform Office of International Affairs if you want to go abroad

1. If you have travel plans including going abroad, going back to home countries, or arriving Taiwan (entry to Taiwan), you are required to report to Office of International Affairs (OIA) in advance. If you don’t report to OIA in advance or timely, you will be required to take full responsibility/consequences of violating school policy.

2. Statement: From now on, as long as you need to go abroad and leave Taiwan, please register the travel itinerary to the person at OIA before going abroad. According to the latest announcement by Tzu-Chi University (TCU) Epidemic Prevention Group, from March 17th 00:00 a.m. onward, all trips from abroad to school Scholars, students, teachers and classmates who return to school after entering the country, regardless of the country, must be quarantined at home for 14 days (not allowed to go out).

3. Procedure:

(Before departure) Go to OIA → submit your flight itinerary → fill up the immigration information at the scene.

(Three days before returning to Taiwan) take the initiative to inform the flight status, please keep update with OIA before boarding.

(After arriving in Taiwan) You must call Campus Security Center (TEL: 03-8560505), report the time of your departure & arrival in Hualien.

(After arriving in Hualien) return to the school’s designated home quarantine dormitory.
